ADNOC Shared Services
The Shared Services function is unifying services across the ADNOC Group to deliver best business practices,
operations and talent development.
Creanada was commissioned by the Culture and Change and Internal Comms management to start an extensive
internal campaign with phase one being completed in December 2022. Creanada created and developed a concept based on ADNOC's 'Energy Lines', drawing the iconography for all the unified functions into iconic shapes representing their line of work. The icons were approved by their respective VPs as well as Internal Comms.
The concept's flexibility enabled us to extend its application throughout digital, print and environmental applications, including internal comms emails for all and each function individually, microsites, powerpoint decks for the functions and core messages, flyers, as well as floor branding in ADNOC HQ and SKEC.
The campaign and its conceptual idea was able to reach all the different audiences, informing them of the positive outcome of the change and of the efficient and productive aspect it brings along to their day to day business and eventually leading them to a more progressive future.
The concept applications and messages on the shared services floors encouraged the teams coming from different operating companies to work together as a team to maximize efficiency throughout the group.
