ADNOC Way - Bridging to the Future:
Adnoc wanted to communicate to its internal audience its 2030 strategy in spreading awareness and encouraging them to apply it in their day to day lives. Thus spreading awareness on ADNOC's values to each other and the communities they live in.
Creanada worked along with the Internal Comms and Brand department to depict ADNOC's strategic focus in Profitability and Sustainability, focusing on the people element that binds together the commercial, partnership, technology, community, economy and environment.
We developed a concept built on images and 'Energy Lines' reflecting ADNOC's strategic focus through a bilingual Internal campaign across the group that entailed visuals on digital screens, ADNOC's intranet portal, emailers and microsites.
The visuals were inclusive of all of ADNOC's business lines mirroring ADNOC's values and culture, engaging the audience and making them feel part of the 2030 strategy.
