GROWTH HAS MANY FACES:
The ADNOC Learning Institute is an initiative by the Learning & Development division encouraging and engaging all employees to enroll in the academy's courses and mentorship programs for the purpose of developing leaders for tomorrow.
Creanada came on board taking the lead as creative director undertaking strategy planning, concept development and ensuring that the overarching look and feel of the campaign would drive home the importance of training today's employees to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. While also ensuring that they would be excited to be part of such a unique program where they can make a difference.
We directed the photoshoot as a career growth concept and developed the 'Energy Lines' into energy with growth lifting up the talents from the start of their career until they reach their utmost potential.
The concept was applied on the virtual launch of the institute as well as the leadership's academy campaign. The assets produced consist of digital screens, email communications, MS Office documents, ONE ADNOC intranet portal banners, social media assets, as well as publications.
The virtual launch was on the 18th of October 2022 and the campaign is ongoing in phases.
