About me

Nada Baroudy is the founding member of CreaNada. A design and branding professional with 25 years of experience in creative and art direction, design, and brand management, Nada Baroudy has helped many prestigious companies, including government organizations, in their design, branding, rebranding, and campaign strategy. She has also helped companies to set up & organize departments, recruit & develop talents, and coach & mentor them. Her clients extend to ADNOC, Bynounah TV, Abu Dhabi Film Festival, and Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. Nada Baroudy has been associated with industries ranging from the oil industry to culture and media.

The creative community is virtual, where everyone meets on Microsoft Teams for workshops, design reviews, brainstorming, and design sessions.

Her portfolio extends from the oil industry to culture and media. Some of her clients are ADNOC, Baynounah TV, Abu Dhabi Film Festival, and the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.

She manages accounts and design teams while being hands-on in design and roll out brand campaigns on digital, online, and offline platforms. Her work is not restricted to in- house teams, but she works and manage the external design and events agencies.

She is a people person, and her experience, and ability to adapt to different environments enable her to fill many roles and lead teams.

  • Rebranding exercise - ADNOC Group (October 2017): Developed and drafted the first unified Brand Guideline in ADNOC. Implemented it at ADNOC HQ and across the businesses.
  • Educated the businesses to visually communicate their message as per ADNOC’s standards through brand guideline workshops, and brand & design mentoring and approvals.
  • Worked on brand rollouts and applications of the Brand:

  • Created ADNOC’s Design Community:
    • Created group and one-on-one workshops for designers at ADNOC’s businesses for brand guidelines and design & brand implementations across the group.

    • Mentored and coached the creative talents by locating tools that help in their development. i.e. courses, workshops, software, IT solutions.
